just found out today that my connection upgrade i was expecting was already done before. which means i am stuck with a crap contracted connection for the next 18 months nearly. shit!
max upload limit regulated to 58kps. and download ranging from 128k upto 1mb max. this is all down to the evil henchmen at 3 mobile, who sold me a broadband package, with a claimed 3.6mb max connection with a 1.8mb average. and i thought fair enough i can tolerate 1.8mb. but 0.1mb download and 0.06mb upload. FFS!
to make matters even worse mobile broadband has bad ping capabilities. 200 being the average even to very near servers. sigh.
the final shitter is it costs £25/month. dont laugh!

There is a good side tho!.loads more 100 kills 10 death scores as you teleport every were lol lol.

as beachlight, last year when i had a very good adsl connection i could play much better and get better scores. its really hard to play when i have to wait ages to get into jets, and get killed very easily. its no advantage to me like this, which is a shame.
at the moment i can go upto a jet press F, then run back into a building or hanger to hide. then after awhile i suddenly find myself in the jet ready to go lol. i am much more vulnerable. another example is when playing in a humvee, when driving i spot an enemy before he see me, i press 2 to go to gunner, 10 seconds later i go to gunner position but he has already seen me and started shooting me to bits, i press 1 to go back inside, but obviously nothing happens and i die, or if by some miracle i get back inside the vehicle is about to blow up, i press f to get out, but nothing happens and i die when it blows up, same for jets and jet damage. the damage wont show up on my indicator until its down to 1 bar after being hit by missiles, just as i press f i get killed. grrrrr. that damage effect is 2 way though i think, just that my enemy can jump out and save themselves and i cant.
